How to Download music and save it to the music app without a jailbreak?

Id like to download music to my iPhone but without a jailbreak but I want it to save to the music app but without a jailbreak and without a computer

There's a reason why a jailbreak is necessary…

The above mentioned condition can't be satisfied with out a jailbreak.

1) Downloading Music Thru Safari is not allowed. You can listen but can't download.

2) You can't add songs to Music app unless you use iTunes.

3) You can download a few free apps "free mp3 downloader" or sumthing from appstore.

Browse thru that app and download music on it… Now the downloaded music will be saved in that app space.

You can retrieve that music again from iTunes under Apps Tab and scroll down to find your app space and Later copy to music app.
