How to edit files on iPhone like iFile without a jailbreak?

There's no untethered jailbreak for my iPhone so I can't use iFile. Is there a software for my PC that I could use? One that actually works and connects with my iPhone via wire? I've used some software already but they can't connect to my iPhone.

Added (1). So far, no jailbreak for iPhone 4s with iOS 6.0.

Not without jailbreaking, Apple did this on purpose so you are to not tamper with or enhance their files. And their are jailbreaks for EVERY iphone or ipod out there just check greenpoison or redsnow

You can use iexplorer 2 not 3! To browse some folders works like a charm
