How to figure out what's making these sounds on my Mac?
Every once in a while, I'm getting random sounds on my Mac but I can't identify what's causing them. It's almost like they are alerts for something, but no applications are displaying I have an alert. I don't have any alerts set, but I know my iPhone is synced with iCloud, so I don't know if that is causing anything.
How do I identify and stop these sounds? One almost sounds like bubbles popping and another sounds like a guitar strings are being plucked.

Get a real computer.
Which "myMac" is it? IMac with OS 10.8.2? That's how I'm answering.
System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects > Play user interface sound effects.
This is a very common problem. Very easy to fix. Unplug the computer, unscrew the back panel, pull down your pants, squat steadily over the center of the opening, start to only take a *** on the computer, pull up your pants, throw away the computer, go to bestbuy, and buy a pc. I know some of these directions may seem difficult but this is a common issue so you could probably find a YouTube video examining how to do this in more detail. Hope I helped!
- Why is my keyboard not making sounds on my iPhone? So my keyboard won't make those clicky noises, and my phone won't make that noise when I lock it. I also don't get a sound when I receive mail:/ I've tried to turn the switched on and off, reset my settings, and adjust my volume. Nothin has worked so far. How can I fix it?
- My 'Touch Speaker Boombox' is making weird clicking sounds So today I just bought my Touch Speaker Boombox, and when I place my iPhone 4 on, the music quality is fine but a clicking sound can be heard. It's also like the clicking sound is part of the music, as when the volume is turned up the clicking gets louder, but it isn't. Any other phone/tablet is ok, it's just my iPhone 4. - IPhone 5s not making text sounds? Today my grandmother got her phone upgraded to an iPhone 5s, after we got home she tried to change her text tone. She changed her ringtone no problem, but whenever she tried to change any other tone, there would be no sound just a vibration. The sound switch is flipped on, so it can't be that. The phone is brand new, we litterally just got it about two hours ago. It has not been updated to IOS 7.1.1, I was wondering if anybody could help with this problem? We would really appreciate it!
