You do not. Your fully updated active anti-virus should prevent it.

Install the free version of MalwarebytesAnti-malware for your phone and run a scan.

Restore you cell phone to factory settings and it will remove all the spy software like iKeyMonitor.

Factory reset the cell will get rid of any cell spyware.

2. Low Battery Backup
3. Conspicuous SMS messages from unknown numbers.
4. Your iPhone may get warm or hot to touch even when you are not apparently using it at all.
