Look for a sticker on the device with the default router info. If you've changed things then you'll have to consider resetting the router back to its Factory Defaults and configure it again.
The easiest way is to logon to the router (using a wired connection) go to the Wi-Fi settings and get the password. Most Linksys(Cisco) products use http://192.168.1.1 as the control page.
The other way is to use a computer already connected to the Wi-Fi, go to the Wi-Fi adapter, and security, then READ the password that was set.
Anyone who READS the instruction manual will have changed the default password and SSID settings!
