How to fix Iphone 5 after failed update of ios7 beta 4?
I tried updating my phone iphone to ios 7 beta 4 and it failed. It shows that the phone is stuck in recovery mode. I use a pc, and when i connect the phone to my computer, itunes doesn't recognize the device and it doesn't show up. Do I need to try to reboot the phone with an apple computer, or am I locked out until the public release of ios 7? Is there anything I can do that could get me my phone back?
You need to register your device's UDID through a site like UDID.in. Otherwise, you won't be able to activate your device after installing unreleased software. That's how I fixed my 4S.
