How to fix iPhone 5c that won't charge?

The past couple weeks I've been having problems with my iPhone 5c charger. I would plug my phone into it like normal and nothing to happen. It would charge and this is like my 3rd charger in the past 2 months and I really don't want to buy a new one. Is there a way to fix it. Or the plug in part of it?

You most likely have a bad battery, if you got it wet it will be void of warranty but cell phone repair shops will replace it for around $40-50 don't pay anymore than that. If you however haven't gotten it wet take it to apple and they will replace it for you, don't forget to back up your device before either.

  • I have an iPhone 5c and it was left out side for days, now it won't charge. How do I fix it? The phone was left outside in this AZ weather which has been over the three digits these past days. When I found it the screen was popped out on the top left by the volume buttons. I plugged it in to charge but it just gives me the low battery icon and I can't do a hard reboot. How can I fix it without taking it to the Apple Store?
  • How to fix my iphone when it won't charge? I've tried multiple chargers and through both the wall outlet and my computer, but it keeps not charging at all. Sometimes it says that "charging is not compatible with this accessory", but most often it won't even recognize that its connected to the charger. Its an older model, but still works great when its charged. Will restoring it help at all?
