How to get my Iphone 4 to find service?
I bought an Iphone 4 from my friend. It worked fine and was on verizons prepaid plan. She told me to reset it through itunes so i could take her stuff off of it. I did and now its not getting any service only Wi-Fi… What do i do?
Have you got an iPhone bumper case on the phone? The iPhone 4 had a problem dropping and losing signal and therefore introduced the use of a case to fix the problem.

If you have the case and have the problem then try performing a hard reboot on an iPhone by holding down the home button and the top 'lock' button at the same time for about 20 seconds until you see an Apple logo on the screen, then release the buttons.
This reboots the phones software without deleting any data or settings.
If you still have the problem, contact your network service provider to check your SIM card and they can repair the phone if its faulty under warranty.
