How to get my money back from ebay/paypal?
I've bought what i believe to be a fake iPhone on ebay(paid via pay pal) I've had it two months now and the screen randomly popped out. I've noticed the sliver board that should be underneath/attached to the screen is not there and there's dried glue all over the inside of the phone. When i bought it i was also promised a 12 month warranty, i've emailed them but that haven't reply and its been days(adds to my suspicion). However I've been told that if i complain to ebay and or pay pal they will refund my money as I've been sold a fake when it was advertised as a genuine apple product. Is this true?
If the seller isn't contacting you then you need to report to Ebay and they will investigate, if they do not reply to Ebay and/or Ebay settle in your favour then it is likely you will be refunded by Ebay

- When will PayPal send my money into my account? I've just sold an iPhone over PayPal, I've sent the item this morning, along with the tracking code, and it's on it's way. PayPal said that the funds will be in my account in the next 21 days and that it's pending, due to safety issues. Can that person reverse the payment? I'm worried that I won't get my cash, and they will be left with the item and money and I'll get nothing, the phone was quite expensive.

- Is it safe to sell iphone on Craiglist and let the buyer wire the money from Paypal? One guys found my listing on Craiglist and wanted to wire me the money and then I ship him the phone. Is there any way for him to take the money back from my paypal? We're not doing thru Ebay because ebay charges me a ton for selling it.
- If there's fraud or something goes wrong, will PayPal get me my money back? I'm buying an iPhone off of Craigslist. I have pictures and everything looks fine. If I pay the money and don't get it or its fake or some kind of fraud, will I get my money back?
