How to get photos back from iphone?

So i recently sold my iphone, and before selling my iphone, i reset my phone, twice! I was just wondering, is there anyway someone could get the photos back. I'm really worried about that cause i had some personal photos that i deleted

My sisters iphone was stolen over the weekend, & she hadn't set up the icloud or find my iphone up, is there any way we can get the photos back from her phone without this enabled or the phone itself?   • Just got a replacement Iphone for my broken one: how do i get my music/photos back? My old iphone 4s broke, so i just received my "new" replacement one. After restoring it i retrieved all my old contacts and apps, but my music and photos, with the exception of a few old pictures, have yet to appear. My old iphone, being broken, won't stay powered on for more than a second or so. If my old iphone has a sim card or something, do i take it out and put it in the new one to transfer all my old content?
