Apple no longer allows you to downgrade, so you can't do it. There's a method which only works when apple is signing. IOS 8.0 can't be installed any new devices.
No, not in a way that isn't breaking the terms of use that you agreed to with Apple. I also wouldn't recommend it because it would cause a ton of issues to not have your phone updated to the latest version.
So you basically mean downgrading the firmware. Yes, its possible but not recommended.
