How to jailbreak iPhone 4s (ios6.0.1)?
I've watched so many videos but I keep getting "Exploit failed" and " Doesn't support this device yet" errors. I downloaded the iPhone 4s ios 6.0(iphone4, 1_6.0_10A40_Restore.ipsw) and 6.0.1(iphone4, 1_6.0.1_10A523_Restore.ips… Firmware to my MacBook. I even tried the firmware file <iPhone3, 3_6.0_10A40_Restore.ipsw> still will not work. I'm not doing anything wrong, I think. Any suggestions?
PS: I use a MacBook not Windows. And I use RedSn0w.
What redsn0w version are you using? There's no jailbreak for ios 6.0 or 6.0.1 for the iphone 4s and up
There's no Jailbreak available for iOS 6.0.1 the only way to jailbreak your 4s is to do the same thing i did which is to downgrade to ios 5.1.1. Sorry but thats the only way at the moment.
- What is the best jailbreak software for iphone 4 ios6.1.2 / 1? I used to use absithe but now i've upgraded my firmware i can't use it anymore tryed to use redsn0w but god its such a fanny on trying to get it to install and won't install in anyway possible is there any other really good ones out there?

- Run youtube in background on iphone 4? Ios6? So i downloaded ios6, which deleted the default youtube app from my iphone. I downloaded the free youtube app in the app store, but now when i play a video, then go to the homepage and double click the home button to try and play the video in the background, that is not an option.
