Upgrading from ios6 to ios6.1.3?

I got ios 6 on my iphone, but when I try to upgrade to ios 6.1.3 using iTunes I keep getting a error message 3194, I don't want ios 7

Current IOS is 7… You cannt "upgrade/update" to anything below 7… Welcome to Apple where customers have no choice in anything!

You could if you were jailbroken and hack 6.1.3 on the fischer price toy… Lol

Worth upgrading from iPhone 4 to Samsung Galaxy S3 (and concerns)? I have seen online that I'm able to sync music and video from iTunes to the S3, but my real concern is the money I've spent on iTunes apps. I have an iPad so the apps would not necessarily go to waste, but would it be worth getting the Galaxy S3? I really love the idea of customization that you just can't get with iOS and the performance.
Will upgrading from iOS 5 to iOS 6 delete ANY data? I want to upgrade my iPhone 4 from iOS 5 to iOS 6 DIRECTLY FROM THE iPHONE using the software update option in Settings >> General. Will doing this delete ANY contacts, emails, apps, notes and calendar reminders? I'm MOST concerned about CONTACTS. I have more than 1000 of Contacts.
Upgrading to Iphone 5 in contract? Hi, I'm still in contract with an iphone 3gs which end at the beginning of 2014. I would like to buy the iphone 5. Can I just buy an unlocked one from apple and use my 3gs sim in it? Will everything work the same? Also what are my other options?
Upgrading to ios 6.will i lose text message history? This is my first time with an iphone and my first os upgrade. I back my iphone up through itunes but will i lose my text message history or is it backed up as well? I did a back up 15 minutes ago. I guess, here goes nothing!
