Hi, unfortunately you will have to wait a few more days/weeks for another jailbreak release from the Evad3rs team. Once iOS 7 has been released to the public ( expect it on the 12th- 16th September ), the team will release the jailbreaking tool for all devices and will release an iOS 6.1.3 jailbreaking tool alongside it. It will be untethered and of course free. Also everything you hear and see showing you a 'working jailbreak for ios 6.1.3-6.1.4 are all fake.
