How to make apple replace your iPhone 5?
I currently want the iPhone 5 in white and my 1 year warranty will be over soon. What can I do to have apple replace my phone just to get a brand new iPhone 5. However it can't be accidental damage? For example fell in the pool. It has to be a manufactured problem

Stop trying to cheat the system. Why would you want to intentionally ruin a working phone?

Well I don't know how you could break it accidentally but currently the turn off/ on button my iphone 5 is broke and I'm gunna make apple give me a new iPhone 5. I wish I could trade places with you! I don't want a new phone. It's too much hassle! I wish they could just fix the button and not have to replace my phone!
It gets replaced with a refurbished one if yours is damaged, so you might get something that is not as good as what you have now.
