How to permanently delete songs from iPhone music on iOS 7?
So, I'll try deleting the songs I don't want from my phone; but when I connect my phone to my computer iTunes will sync those songs back into my phone.
How do I stop this?
I've tried going to the settings and unselecting "Show All Music" but my iTunes is putting them back in.

You need to delete the songs off your computer too, but if you want to keep them there on your computer but not have them on your phone then follow the steps below.
- Plug phone in and open iTunes
- On the page where you sync your phone check the box that says "sync only ticked songs and videos"
- Now find the songs you don't want on your phone and untick them on the left
