You can't put a password on your photos but you can download them into another app that requires you to have a password, I would recommend "Secret Apps". Its great if you're trying to keep pictures private you just simply upload them to the app and delete them off your photo stream.

Why don't you use the normal apple password lock?
And most siri features still work with your phone password locked.
