How to remotely access someone's Iphone?

Pretty sure my significant other is cheating, is there a way to gain access to their Iphone - hack it remotely? They won't let me even close to seeing it so I can't use an app I found. Just want to find out for sure if it is true.

Added (1). Asking, doesn't work, and neither does dumping. Past history of cheating on a couple of their former partners years ago and seems their behavior is sketchy and the no access to their phone, not even to make a call seems a little too suspicious. Would really like to get into it to avoid a "scene" and to ease my mind.

Why don't you just ask? If he/she won't let you touch the iPhone ask what they are trying to hide.
If you know their apple id/password you can use iCloud.com to locate the phone, at least you'll know where the phone is.

Face it by ask her/him.trust is the important thing in relationship, if you found her/him cheat just dump "it"
