I would really recommend that you go to an Apple store to go get it fixed but if you're more of a DIY person then the next best thing is to order an iPhone screen repair kit on Amazon. There's some really cheap ones and some exensive ones. Do your research and read reviews.

Take it to an apple store, don't mess with other repair areas that may do it wrong.
