How to reset iphone? Reset passcode? - 1
As you know i have my friends old iphone but it has totally locked me out. Can i just erase everything? Including the password?
Try reset it when you plug it into iTunes.
Plug it in to the computer and it shoulder you restore the phone wiping out all the current apps, music, photos, etc
Plug it up to itunes and hold down the power and home button together for about five seconds and it should give you an option to restore iphone
- Is there anyway I can bypass my passcode on my iPhone 4 or it's a 5 I'm not sure but I can't remember the passcode but I need it I know you can restore but I don't want to do that because I don't think I have the computer I backed it up to back then. And i don't know what update this is. Like I haven't see the emergency button there at all in any videos

I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong?
