How to restore my old OS on my iPhone? - 1
I backed up my phone the other day and without asking me, the phone installed the new OS. It's the 4s It also deleted all of my apps that I have installed. It will not allow me to check the weather nor log my resents on my call list. I'd like to just revert back to the way it was.
I know, I should have gotten a better phone than the iPhone but I have what I have for now. I just want to go back to when it worked better until I can get something better.

Your out of luck, apple did that on purpose when they rolled out their new os, it can't be rolled back.
Ios 7 is better then 6 though once you get use to the changes. The only bad thing I have noticed is iTunes is messed up now.
Since loading ios 7 the battery life is better then when I had ios 6 that's one good thing.
- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?

So if I restore it and iOS 8.4 is now on my phone, will I be able to downgrade to iOS 8.3? But I need accurate answers. Because if I don't this and I can't downgrade then it'll suck!
