How to send ringtones to another iphone?

I just got the 5 & my boyfriend has the 4s. I have ringtone's that I want to send him (Not paid ones, but ones that I just downloaded. Is there anyway to send them to him?)

Added (1). I sent the attachments to his icloud email that is on his phone, but when he opens the attachments, they only play and there's no option for him to download them as ringtones.

Yes, send it to his email and then he can download it to his phone as an attachment.

My ex in law called my sister with my mom's old phone number to trick her into Nswering his call. Now, is there an app that can let you text with someone else's number that you know? Maybe in cydia?
