How to share a video of 35 mb / 90 seconds?

It's too big to email. I've uploaded it to sky drive but my friend can't play it. She has a windows laptop and a Sony Xperia phone. The video was created on my iPhone using iOS 6.1.3.
Whenever she sends me stuff I can open it in sky drive and view it, and she can also email me longer video. Why won't it work the other way?
How can I get this video to her?

You have a few options,

Compress the video - Download a converter like handbrake and convert to a lower bit rate/resolution or higher compression. There are presets that will help you out. 35mb for 90 seconds is a lot, you could definitely compress it without losing quality.

Upload it to youtube - You could upload the video to youtube, set it to private and send her the link. You could even download the video back off youtube and it would be a smaller video, which you could email.

Use a different email provider - Gmail lets you send files from your google drive which can be up to 10GB in size. Pretty easy process - Create google account > drag file into google drive > attach in email.
