How to stop acting spoiled/giving into peer pressure?

I've nearly finished my third year at a private school and peer pressure and stuff has never really started bothering me until recently. A lot of the people in my year at school come from very rich family's and, have a lot of stuff etc… I've never really cared about what people thought of me but now I feel like I need to have an iphone and since were allowed to bring our own laptops to school next year i feel like I need a macbook. Of course I don't 'need' these things, and I know that but I can't stop my selfmfrom wanting them.
I ask my parents for a lot of stuff and feel really bad about it but I get really sad when they so no, which I know is really horrible of me but I can't help it. I'm grateful for everything I do have, but I just feel like I need more and I don't. What do I do? How do i stop being so horrible to my parents and giving into peer pressure?
Just be really good and do what your parents ask all the time and ignore the other rich people. Or maybe ask for the laptop for your 'educational needs'
Also just don't care about what others think of you.

He lives in a big house with us but he has his own iPhone 6 and 3 cats and a dog and a pet off his choice and he has a iPad and a apple laptop computer and a £100 wrist watch and a 3d tv thats voice activated and a ps4 and his celeb crush said he is cute and follows him on twitter and inboxed him first once and he has his own attractive hairdresser and all the girls find him cute too
- Why does my iphone stop working after I change the date and how can I stop it from doing that? I changed the date to this day 5 years ago so I could extend my spotify premium trial (this actually works) but then me texts weren't sending or receiving same with BBM and Facebook and literally every other social network app and I couldn't connect to the App Store so I changed it back to auto and everything works but I want to stay on my spotify free trial please help
- My iPhone 4s won't stop giving me notifications for every tweet that is posted on Twitter? I don't know what I did but on my twitter account it keeps on giving me notifications for every tweet that is posted by the people I'm following at it is so annoying. Like who wants to be notified about every tweet that is posted? Every second a new tweet comes in I get notified about it. How do I stop this from happening please?!
- Iphone acting weird when plugged into LG soundbar? I hooked up my iphone to my LG sound bar and when i plugged it in everything works except that its not charging properly. The charging icon in the battery at the top keeps going on and off on and off. Any suggestions?
