How to stop iphones from receiving each others texts?
Okay so everytime i update my phone, my mom, sister & i end up receiving each others messages as if it was sent to us. We see everything and i really am tired of my mom reading my messages lol. How do i stop this? I know you can go to the settings and then uncheck the phone number you don't wanna be linked to but it still does it everytime i update? Is it because we share the same apple ID?
Go to Settings>FaceTime>iPhone Cellular Calls>OFF
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
- Why am I not receiving texts on my iPhone? I know people send me texts but my phone doesn't receive it. I called someone and then all my texts popped up at once. It seems like I can only receive my text if I make an outgoing call. I'm with Virgin Mobile by the way.
- We both have iPhones but can't text each other? My dh and I have iPhones and they are both updated. We can't send text messages back & forth. We can send a message to anyone else but not each other. How can we fix this? Some days this is the only way we can communicate while at work
- Not receiving texts on iphone? I just recently got an iPhone 4s on sprint and everything is working fine. I just started talking to this person and he's been calling and asking why I'm not answering his texts. Thing is I'm not recievig any but I can get them from other people. I'm not sure how to fix this Already registered, just this one person I'm having a problem with
