How to switch my phone plan to an IPhone?
I currently have an Android phone and I would like to switch to an IPhone. Is there a way I could stay on the same phone plan? I'm with Virgin Mobile. I know you can switch to a new phone but I'm not sure if IPhones are different.
They should be able to use the same plan. The plans themselves are not phone specific. However, carriers change plans periodically, there's no guarantee that the plan you have will still be offered.

Both phones look the same to your carrier, so you should be able to switch freely.
- Would I be able to switch carriers without having to switch phones? I'm with Consumer Cellular and I have an iPhone SE, but I'm thinking of switching carriers so that I can get unlimited data. I don't want to get a new phone because I've had my current one about six months, I really like it, and it works great. I'm not locked into a contract with Consumer Cellular. Would I be able to switch to another carrier without having to purchase a new phone?
- Will I be able to unlock my iPhone with a home phone plan instead of a wireless plan? I don't have a wireless plan with AT&T but I have a home phone plan does that count towards unlocking requirements? And also can I use a mildly cracked screen as a replacement screen on my iPhone?
- If I Downgraded my Storage plan I previously bought on a phone with smaller GB, will it take away some of my storage on my new phone? I ran out of storage on my old iPhone SE so I was paying .99 cents a month for 50 GB, but now I have an iPhone 8 Plus which is 64 GB. ICloud was continuing to charge me .99 cents a month and I just now figured out how to discontinue it, but it said that if I did so I would only have 5 GB of storage. Should I be concerned?
