Do you know how SIM Cards work? Save your contacts to that and then carry it over to the other phone.
Back in my day, you had to get a pen and a piece of paper, write the contacts from your iphone4 on to the paper then transfer it over to the iphone5. There was no fancy apps back when I was a boy.
Just save them to your sim card on the original phone and not on the phone… Or blutooth them via sharing… You don't need a pc for that.
You have to back up all your info into your icloud using your apple user name. It's only 5 free gb so you may have to back up on to itunes through computer and then put in on your new phone. Your pics and texts and contacts will be there as well…
if you only need your contacts then you don't need the computer because that doesn't use so much space… And you could do it through the phone.
