How to transfer ONLY apps from old iPhone to new?
I want to transfer from my old iPhone 4 to my iPhone 5S. I don't want to use iCloud, because I only want to transfer my apps right now, nothing else. Plus, iCloud is what had made my last phone messed up because I would receive my mom's messages, calendar appointments, etc. And vice versa. Is there any way I can do that without losing all my data and stuff (such as scores on games) when I put it on my new iPhone, too?

As far as why you may have received your mom's details, I assume you are sharing an Apple ID with her. If so, then iCloud was simply doing as designed to do.
As far as doing what you want, you wouldn't be able to. To preserve data from apps you'd need to do a backup but that backup contains everything, not just app data.

Install itools in your pc>> connect your old iphone 4>>it wil show your all apps installed in your iphone4>>click backup program or with document>>your al app wil be saved on pc. Again unplug iphone 4 n plug in iphone 5s connect to itools n install your old apps with your own id or other if you have.
