How to transfer songs and pictures on my iPod to my iPhone?
I've had a 4th generation iPod touch for a year now, and I recently got an iPhone 4s. I have a lot of pictures and music I bought on my iPod that's not on my computer. Is there a way I can transfer the data onto my iPhone without using the computer? Or if I have to use the computer, how do I do it? I've tried the computer for the music but for some reason the music I bought on my iPod will not transfer to my iTunes library. Please, please, Please help! I do not want to lose all the pictures I took and the music I bought!
Added (1). Both my iPod and iPhone are iOS 6 and my iTunes version is 10.7. I also have iCloud but have NO idea how to use it.

- What is the best way to transfer pictures from my iPod to my iPhone? I recently purchased an iPhone 5 and would like to transfer my pictures from my iPod Touch 4g to the iPhone. I have tried photo stream, but am not sure if I'm setting it up right. I would like to know the best way to transfer 841 photos with the most simplicity. And preferably without buying software or an app.

- My Ipod music transfered over to my Iphone and I don't want the songs on my Iphone? I just noticed when I went under my music on my iphone that all of my music from my ipod went over to my iphone and I don't want it on my iphone cuz their songs I don't like any more. So how can I get them off of my Iphone? I tried making a new ID account but it won't let me for some reason.
