How to Unblur an iPhone video?

I took a 30ish second video on my iPhone and the entire thing is blurry. The phone was completely stationary the whole time but for some reason the entire video came out at like one level of blurriness. Is there a way or app/program that I could get rid of this or at least make it look less blurred?

Pixels can always be decreased, never increased. You're stuck.

You can't unblur a blurred photo or video. Just as you can't unscramble an egg.

Are you asking if you can fix the video you already have?
No. There's nothing that can be done. The only information that the camera has available is what it already recorded, so there's no additional data available for it to use as source material.

An iphone "camera" is not the same thing as a real camera with controls and options. There are apps that give you some controls, but I have no personal experience with them.
If you are filming a moving subject, you will need a shutter speed (still pictures) or frames per second speed (video) sufficient to slow the motion enough to keep it from just being a blur.
If you are filming a non-moving subject or a reasonable slow-moving subject, check how your "phone was completely stationary the whole time". Were you holding it in your hand or was it attached to a tripod? [Even if you think your hand is still, there's often a little motion.] Were you in a vehicle or something similar with an engine vibration? [When filming from a stationary but running vehicle, be cautious if bracing your camera on the car frame as it may be picking up vibrations.]
