How to unlock an iphone 5s that i found?

So i found an iphone 5s but i tried to unlock it so many times that it says " iphone desactivated, connect to itunes". When i connect it to itunes it says it can't connect to the phone cause it has a passcode. How do i unlock it or reset it?

Why don't you return it to an apple store say it was lost. Someone out there's suffering because they have to pay for it.

You don't nor can't. That's the point. Take it to an Apple Store to see if they could do whatever to find the owner.

Its a waste to just throw it away.

Last tuesday i was at the bus stop coming back from the library and i found and iphone 4 that was left there and immidiately turned it off because i seen it had icloud and location and services turned on. Also the phone is locked. Today i turned it on at a restaurant and noticed it still had service on. How can i erase everything from it including the service and unlock it?
