How to unlock found sprint iphone 4?

Last tuesday i was at the bus stop coming back from the library and i found and iphone 4 that was left there and immidiately turned it off because i seen it had icloud and location and services turned on. Also the phone is locked. Today i turned it on at a restaurant and noticed it still had service on. How can i erase everything from it
including the service and unlock it?

  • I found a found and nobody called. ITs been a month. What should i do? I found a iphone 5 and i factory reseted it after nobody called for about a month. A message from the owner showed up after reseting it and I called that number and texted it repeatedly but no answer.
