How to unlock (carrier) a iphone 4?

Has good ESN I have no idea what to do to change the carrier

Only the carrier can truly unlock an iphone. On top of that you would still need a SIM card from another carrier to be able to use that carriers network.

I've unlocked my iPhone 5 with service listed in source. Seems like they should work with your iPhone 4 too.

My Iphone 4 is currently running on ios 4.3.3 and I wish to update it to the new os (the ios 6), but don't want to lose its carrier unlock. I don't actually know if its an official factory unlock or what but what I know is that the Iphone is not jailbreaked (So If I assume right, Is it really a factory unlock and won't be affected by any update?).
