As my brother iphone is connected to my laptop and would like him to connect it to his own laptop instead not sure as he said he doesn't no how to connect it to his own laptop as he was told I guess it only can be connected to one laptop once connected
Contact that person and they either give you the password, or they go into iCloud and remove that device from their profile and iCloud ID. Try to call/email whatever and even offer a 'fee' if you want. That's really the only way around it. Bro needs to install iTunes on his own laptop and log in using his own Apple ID. Then sync. IDevices can be used on as many as 3 different machines if memory serves. Best luck.
- Stolen iphone offline - tracking via icloud? Hi a colleagues iphone was stolen today and they've given me their icloud details to try help track their phone. Its offline so i'm assuming its been turned off. if i check the 'notify when found' button will the thief know i've done this? I don't want to give them any idea that someone is trying to track them otherwise that phone is never going to be turned on.i'm also not doing 'lost mode' for that same reason. also what is the play sound option?
