How to use my blackberry SIM card to transfer my information to an iPhone 5s SIM card?

I would go to my phone companies store but there are a few issues. My father and I share a phone plan in which he his ' in charge ' of. Recently, I was given the opportunity to update my phone BUT my father took this opportunity to update his own phone ( without notifying me). I'm now in the process of updating my phone by using HIS phone account. Unlike my father who was easily able to replace his phone by simply switching the SIM cards, I got a smart phone which has its own 'special' kind of SIM card. Now, my question is, how do I transfer my information on the blackberry SIM card to the iPhone 5s SIM card? If I go to the store, will they give me issues?

You won't get issues with just a sim swap, even though it's not your account. The sims are two different sizes anyway. They can transfer info for you or give you instructions. Some things you can do yourself though. Best luck.

  • Will I be able to transfer my contract from a regular Sim card to a Micro Sim card? I want to buy an iPhone 4S on T-mobile, but my current T-mobile sim card is a regular one that would not fit in to the iPhone 4S. Would I be able to somehow move my contract on to the new Micro Sim?
  • Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
  • Will a blackberry sim card work in an iPhone 4 if we cut the sim? My friend has a blackberry and wants to buy an iPhone 4 off someone he knows. I have a micro sim cutter that I used when I went from iPhone 3G to iPhone 4. If we cut down his sim it will fit in the iPhone, but will he still be able to use Internet and call people? Also, would his network provider be able to send him a new iPhone sim but with the same tariff? Cheers
  • What information does the sim card hold? After my iPhone fell in the water and stopped working, I have decided to get a new phone. It is before my upgrade is due, so I will have to pay a penalty for having it early. However my dad suggested handing my phone into them to maybe reduce the price. Anyway, if I take my sim card out, what will remain on my phone itself. Because I do not want the people seeing like my pictures, or any other personal details. So what will remain on my phone, and what will go?
