How to view this snap from snapchat?
My iphone notified me that a friend sent me a snapchat 2 hours ago but when I went onto snapchat to look at it it doesn't appear. I've tried to refresh the page multiple times, looked for an update, and restarted my phone but nothing seems to work. How can I view this picture?
I have an iphone and encountered this same problem not to long ago, i asked the friend, she said she never sent me a snap chat, maybe that's what happened to you as well.

I tried to uninstall and re-install the app, even tried the beta version, but still the same problem.
