I accidentally dropped my iPhone 4s and now it won't turn on?
I can't try the "hit-the-home-and-turn-on-button" method cause my turn-on button doesn't work and i already tried charging it, but nothing
Added (1). the turn-on button is the button on the top. Also, i want a solution that doesn't involve going to a store.
You've obviously broken the phone then. It could be the button which is damaged, or an internal component may be damaged or the connections to it may have been disturbed.
If you don't wish to go to a store for a repair then you have just two options remaining: attempt a DIY repair which can be a waste of time and money if you lack diagnostic tools and skills, and especially if you replace parts which aren't faulty, or sell the phone for spare parts and buy another one. Any iPhone 4s is now not going to be worth much more than many professional repairs and depending upon the extent of the damage it may well be cheaper to bin yours and buy another.

Everything was working fine until today when I installed a tweak. After the tweak installed I had to restart springboard, now it won't turn on. The apple logo pops up then goes away.
