I'm traveling to england and I have an iPhone 4s with sprint. Information?
I live in the US and I's visiting England for two weeks in the beginning of June. Is there a way I can get a temporary international plan with Sprint? Or can I get some info on the rates? I want to be able to text, call, and use the internet. I tried looking this up on Sprint's website but its down at the moment.
There are certain international plans that you can temporarily adopt when you travel. I don't know the exact rates, but either way you need to talk to Sprint to change your plan, so I'd just wait until their back up. Better yet, just call them. You'll get alot more informative people helping you out.
Make sure to actually get a plan though when you travel, or just not bring your phone if you don't get a plan. You'll end up paying roaming charges for being out of Sprint service range, and that's gonna rack up one hell of a bill for you. Something that most people don't enjoy. Enjoy England!
We don't use Sprint in the UK. I have never heard of it. You say you have an Iphone then you can download the VIBER app and all your calls are free to anywhere in the world with it. Just download the ap or get Skype.
If your phone is unlocked then you're probably better off getting a free SIM from one of the networks in the UK and using that whilst you're over here. That's what I did when I visited the US.

Will iMessage still work and be free for us or does he need Wi-Fi for iMessage to send to me? How will it work out? He is on 02, I'm on orange uk.
