I bought an iPhone 6 Plus on Craigslist
I bought and iPhone 6 Plus on Craig s list and the iPhone is fine but the guys number is still connected to the phone so I can't activate my phone. The guy has not replied and IIm getting irritated I took pictures of his post in Craigslist and have his phone number so could I contact the police if I don't get a response so I can get my money back or no?
Well if you can get a hold of him he MIGHT give you your money back, but I would not hold my breath. Do you know where he lives? Do you know that the number he gave you was not a throw away number?
The reason he is not responding to you posts or phone calls is because he has scammed you. So while you can contact the police, you have no way of connecting the person that sold you the phone, to his actual whereabouts, correct?
