I brought an iPhone 5S on Ebay and it hasn't been delivered?
Someone was selling a brand new iPhone on eBay for £300, I brought it via PayPal and the estimated delivery time was 2 weeks ago. I've messaged and e-mailed the seller but they are ignoring me - I'm thinking it's a scam now.
Will I get my money back if I do not get the phone?
Will they get in trouble for scamming through the police etc? What will happen to them?
Contact eBay & PayPal As soon as possible. They will sort you out, you should 100% get your money back if they can't provide proof of postage.
Doubt they will get in trouble with the police, eBay deals with this sort of stuff day in day out.
I don't know if you're going to get scammed or not but if you want the money back you could try the Paypal chargeback option. It's possible to get your money back if you start a dispute over the money on Paypal and claim that you never received the item.
Why such a long delivery time, if a scam the authorities may not be able to catch them, the sign of one would be if they have canceled their Paypal account after being paid, if still active you van probably get a charge-back refund from Paypal. I ma not sure you would hve other alternatives.
One should check that a sellers has a history at Ebay without problems.
Go to the eBay resolution centre right away and file an item not received dispute

However, nothing will load. Safari, Pandora, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I don't think the problem has to do with the router since my laptop connects perfectly. Does anyone have a solution to help fix this?
