Why hasn't my iPhone 5 been marked as Shipped?
I pre-ordered with At&t the first day & it said it would arrive the 21st. I have received one email saying my items are being proceed to be shipped, this was 3 days ago. I keep checking the site to see if they updated with a tracking number.what's going on? I haven't received an email saying it's been delayed or anything. I'm very anxious.
In all likelihood it has already shipped and they're just slow on updating the tracking information (mine shows the same thing). You can track it anyway by using the "track by reference" option on the UPS website and entering the relevant information there.
I'm having the same issue. Their systems are not updating like they should be (due to high traffic and demand), however it IS confirmed that fedex and ups were given strict instructions to allow access to tracking numbers beginning Thursday ONLY. So hang in there!
- Why hasn't ebay seller shipped item yet? I bought an iPhone 5c off eBay. It's free shipping and guaranteed fast shipping. It's from Australia too and I live in Australia. I still haven't got it after 10 days. The estimated delivery date keeps on changing too. What can I do?
- What do I do if the IPhone I bought is marked stolen? My phone broke, and so I got on craigslist and found someone in my local area who had an IPhone 4 for sale, carrier Sprint. So we met up showed my on the computer that the ESN was clean said it wasn't stolen etc. A couple hours later when I go to my local sprint to activate it, the lady told me it was stolen and that they can't activate it. I have a new phone now that's not the problem, it's just now I have a beautiful new iPhone, that I don't know what to do with.
- Wi-Fi on my iPhone hasn't been working? I have the iPhone 4S and my Wi-Fi hasn't been working since last night. My phone says it connects to the Wi-Fi and as two or three bars. However, nothing will load. Safari, Pandora, Facebook, Instagram, etc. I don't think the problem has to do with the router since my laptop connects perfectly. Does anyone have a solution to help fix this?
- My iPhone 5 hasn't been charging or connecting to iTunes when connected to my computer? I know it isn't the USB cable because it charges and connects to iTunes when connected to another laptop. My laptop will let other iPhones charge and connect to iTunes, and my iPhone will charge until it comes back on when it is dead. I need to know what I can do to allow my phone to connect to my computer.
