I can't go on internet without Wi-Fi on my iphone 4?
I have an iphone 4 and it won't let me go online without Wi-Fi. I checked on my verizon and everything's fine. My bill is paid and my service is connected. Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this?
So you have no internet connected?
A similar thing happened to me on Orange in the UK. Orange said my account was fine and I had Internet access but nothing worked. First, they sent me a new SIM and transferred my number on to that SIM when it arrived. Still no luck.
I tried a SIM from someone else's phone and that worked fine. So it wasn't the phone itself.
Eventually Orange turned off my Internet access for a couple of hours and then turned it back on again, and the problem was solved.
It seems that something in the Orange systems had my Internet blocked and turning it off then on again fixed it.
Get Verizon to try disabling then re-enabling your access to see if this fixes your problem.
This happened to me and I basically drained my usage lol. Have you dropped your phone lately before this happened? You might have broken the part of you phone that connects to the Wi-Fi. This part can't be replace able and I had to get a new phone, but luckily I got to get a 5S so breaking my phone wasn't a total loss. But this is just my past knowledge so don't get too freaked out. I suggest you take your iPhone to the nearest apple store to see what's wrong.
