I can't go on the internet without Wi-Fi on my iPhone 4?
I've tried everything like trying to reset it but I can't log out of my iCloud account because it's asking for my old password and I tried the glitches and I turned cellular data off and turned off my phone and then turned it back on and turned cellular data on again and it still wouldn't work!

- Why can't I get on any apps or my internet without Wi-Fi or 3G on my iPhone 4s? Like my iPhone usually lets me get on any app, like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pandora etc. With 3G. Now, unless I have Wi-Fi, i can't do anything. what's wrong with my phone?
