YES. Call the company and inform them your phone broke. They will send you a replacement and a certificate for a free hand job.
Why? They are not going to replace your phone, as you did in fact read their warranty before you bought the case right? It's the same warranty that all the case makers have. They replace their cases if they break due to a manufacturing defect, but do not cover in any way, the device the case is put on.
