I don't have enough storage con my iphone
So i don't have enough storage on my iphone and this is a problem since i really don't want to delete all my photos! So if i save everything on icloud and buy more storage on icloud does this mean that i will have more memory on my iphone?

You have to clean up to regain some storage.
Try deleting music, pics, vids, apps you don't need or use anymore
Try PhoneClean (desktop app) to clear data.

I'm not sure that buying space on icloud will help with space on the actual phone, infact, I don't think it will. If you have a 1000 photos, try deleting 100, of if you don't play a game much of open an app very often, get rid of it. Delete songs you never listen to or don't like also.
ICloud is only for backups. You need a new phone with more storage, or just delete some apps and music to clear some space. Backup your photos to Dropbox or your PC so you can delete them on your phone for more space.
