Yes, you can. If you remove the cellular service from it, it will still work just fine, however calling, SMS or MMS text messages, and cellular data will not work. You can still use iMessage or other messaging apps, and access the Internet via Wi-Fi.

- I have music on my iphone that redownloads everytime even though I don't want it anymore? So I have some music that I purchased on my phone and I have since wanted them off my phone, I have tried deleting them off but every time I plug my phone into the computer they all redownload. I've gone to settings and everything and they are not checked off as songs that will download they aren't in any playlist I have and I have no clue how to make them stop downloading every time I plug my phone in.
