You can try putting in rice for two days, see if that clears it up (it usually does!). If not, then you have to take it back to where you got it from and ask them what they can do (if you have a contract/warranty than they should replace it) but if not than you have to buy a new one

Open the back cover so the circuits are exposed and then put it in rice over night, the rice should absorb all the water, leaving behind the salt which you can go to best buy and get a can of "dustoff" which is basically a cleaner. You just spray the dust comes off
But do it as soon as possible

Don't turn it on until it dries out. Place it on a sunny windowsill for a day or two. If you try to turn it on too soon, you could fry circuits.
I had a colleague drop a field radio into a lake once. I removed the battery and let it dry on a windowsill. It worked perfectly afterwards.
Leave it in a bag of rice for a day. Sounds weird but it works

When I press the "on" button at the top, the apple logo does come on however when you look down at it you can see white and pink/bluish marks and just turns itself off again. It keeps repeating.
