I FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO MY IPHONE

I changed my password on my phone last night and i was only half awake. I can't remember it now and i guessed to many times. If i guess anymore, all the data will be erased. How can i get into my phone?

Call tech support at which ever phone company you have

Try to connect it to your computer maybe it will let you restore it if you have your apple ID

Sync it to ITunes that will help.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode you can bypass the lock screen completely and reset the passcode by using iPhone recovery mode.
Warning: This will require you to restore your iPhone or iPod touch, this means you'll lose all data on the device and be back to factory settings.
Bypass & Reset the iPhone Passcode
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, leave the other end connected to your Mac/PC
Launch iTunes
Press and hold the Home and Power button on the top of the iPhone to turn off the device
Press and continue to hold the Home button while you reconnect the USB cable to your iPhone, this will cause the iPhone to turn on
Continue to hold the Home button until an alert message in iTunes appears that an iPhone in recovery mode has been detected

Now that the iPhone is in recovery mode, you must restore the device:
From iTunes, look under the "Summary" tab
Click on the "Restore" button within iTunes
This will wipe all files, settings, and apps from the iPhone, including the passcode. When the restore is finished, the iPhone will be at the factory settings. At this point you can choose to start from scratch or to restore the iPhone from a backup.
This tip came from an iPhone repair shop, where it's common for people to bring in a phone for fixing and then forget to provide the passcode.

Hook it up to ITunes, or go to Apple to hack it so you can get in, or get backup for all the information, THEN erase the data, get the backup put back in, and there, you'll be fine.

Have Someone call Your IPhone Or Plug it Into ITunes and Sync Then Put Your phone Into DFU Mode by pressing the power button and the home button for about 10 seconds or until screen is black don't forget to plug into computer so that it can recognize the iPhone after you've held the power and home button let go of the power button but still press the home button until iTunes recognizes the device in DFU mode then just restore

Okay so i was messing around on the settings on my iphone 3g and i set a password which uses the keyboard so i set a pass word then decided that i should change it back and when it asks to re enter the password it says its wrong!   • IPhone 5 forgot password I I got an iPhone 5 a few hours ago and forgot the password. I connected my phone with iTunes and it is restoring. It says it will take TWO hours to restore. The time isn't the problem, I don't care how long I wait as long as the problem is solved. But what I wanted to know, is has anyone had this problem? Like having to wait so long? And if so, did it work? Because I was reading reviews and people said it got stuck or etc. Has anyone been in this situation?
  • I set an iPhone restrictions password on my phone, but forgot it? My younger nephew was borrowing my phone for the week, so I turned restrictions on. But, I forgot the password. I have 9 failed attempts, what happens if I get to 10? I know the phone will be wiped, but does that mean everything will be put to factory settings, or that I can't use my phone at all, or I won't be able to guess the password anymore? Sidenote- Non-jail broken iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.0.1. And I don't own a computer and I can't restore it from one anyway.
