I found an iPhone 4s, can I keep it?
The poor thing was totally trashed. The screen completely cracked and the SIM card had sharpie all over it. I found this while on a trip in Miami, now that I'm back in Cali, I want to know if it's safe to use? I replaced the screen and changed the SIM. It was orginally registered with AT&T but they already cut the service.

I'm leaning towards returning it to them but the calls/messages are over a month old so they may a have a new one by now. But the little devil on my shoulder is also telling me to keep it instead.
