I found an iphone 5 on the floor?
Should I keep it because i'm worried that i could get in trouble. I can't return it to the police station though, I'll go leave it where i found it today (on my sidewalk as i was walking to school)

If someone lost it then how exactly would YOU get in trouble?
You didn't steal it, you found it, and someone would have to prove
that you stole it in order for you to get in trouble.
If it was a cops phone then you might get in trouble if you were
caught using it.
